Oval International was founded in 2005 after the Oval group acquired Lochain Patrick Insurance Brokers Ltd, a fully accredited Lloyd’s insurance broker with strong, enduring relationships amongst key underwriting markets within Lloyd’s of London, London companies, and International carriers. Lochain Patrick was originally formed in 1987 by a group of London Market individuals specialising in marine insurance. The founding members are still with the company today.
Our aim is to combine the opportunities now afforded to us by being part of a large group with our knowledge and experience to offer a bespoke product based upon personal representation. We act for clients in both a wholesale and retail capacity.
We remain committed to our strategy of developing our key markets. Our approach is to continue to build relationships in selected overseas markets and to focus on servicing clients in each of our chosen markets in the most efficient and competitive way possible.
Our accounts are geographically diverse with business emanating from more than 30 countries around the world.
